THE TOPIC: This informative and fast-paced session is designed to empower you with dental tips and tricks you need to know.  Enhance your skills in: infection control, equipment maintenance, impression taking, mixing cements, whitening, laboratory procedures, marketing, communication, and much more.  With the effective strategies presented in this fun course, you will improve the patient experience, increase workplace satisfaction, boost office productivity, and distinguish yourself as a leader in your practice.

THE OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this course, attendees will:

1.      Discover clinical shortcuts without compromising quality

2.      Learn techniques that will reduce your supply costs

3.      Acquire strategies that will increase office productivity and improve communication

4.      Enhance your infection control protocol

5.      Use hints to boost dental ingenuity           

THE SPEAKER:  Ellen Gambardella was selected in a nationwide search as the “Most Effective Dental Assistant Education in the United States”.  The Massachusetts Dental Society presented her with the “Special Award for Teacher of the Year” and the “Auxiliary of the Year” award.  She is the recipient of the “Goldin Foundation Award for Excellence in Education” and the “Dr. LeClaire Dental Health Professional Award” for innovative and impassioned teaching.  The United States Air Force recognized her for her educational support of the 66th Flight Dental and Medical Group.  She has been appointed by the Massachusetts Department of Education to develop Dental Assisting teacher licensing examinations.  She was recently awarded the title of “Fellow” from the ADAA.  A former faculty member of Tufts and Northwestern Universities, Middlesex Community College, and the Minuteman School of Applied Arts and Science, Ellen is an author and has lectured nationally and internationally.

                 The Valley District Dental Society designates this activity for 2 continuing education credits.

Select the correct ticket types for Doctors, Auxiliaries, or Students in your practice.  You will be asked for the names of all attendees and can pay using a credit card.  Please print your tickets & bring them with you. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER MARCH 12, 2019.

Regular registration runs through March 5th at the following rates:

Doctor - $55                 Auxiliary - $38             Student - $28

Late registration runs from March 6th through March 12th at the following rates:

Doctor - $60                            Auxiliary - $45             Student - $35

NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MARCH 12th.  There is no registration at the door.  If you would like to pay by check or call in credit card information to Amy at any time prior to March 12th, please be aware that an additional $5 fee per person will apply.
